Terms of Service

By accessing or using Japchae.ai (part of the Kimchee Network) (“the Service”), operated by Terahertz, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Japchae.ai is a Korean food journal in the Kimchee Network. The Service may include recipes, editorial articles, pantry and product boards, optional account sign-in, and related kitchen guides. We may add or change features from time to time.

Some features, such as saving pantry items, may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

• Recipes, journal articles, and other editorial on the Service are owned by Terahertz, Inc. or used under license.
• You may not scrape, republish, or resell our editorial or recipe content without written permission.
• If you submit comments or other content, you grant us a license to display and moderate that content on the Service.
• We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms, host illegal material, or are used for spam or abuse.

Pantry boards may link to third-party merchants. Promoted or sponsored pins are labeled. If you buy from a merchant, that purchase is between you and the merchant. Japchae.ai and Terahertz, Inc. may earn a commission on some purchases.

You agree not to use Japchae.ai to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Send spam or distribute malware
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data without authorization
• Reverse-engineer, scrape at abusive volume, or disrupt the Service
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service

Recipes and editorial are for general information and home cooking. Use your own judgment with food safety and dietary needs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terahertz, Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or unauthorized access.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
